Susan Says

From time to time we find items on our shelves that shouldn’t be there, that have been there too long, or were pulled off a bike and are like new. All items are new unless indicated otherwise. Susan says it’s time for our customers to benefit. There are a few guidelines to remember when buying a “Susan Says” item:

  • Susan Says Items are sold as is, and may not be returned. We’ll gladly answer any questions you ask BEFORE you buy, but once purchased, Susan Says items are yours.
  • Susan Says Freight is $5 minimum, or UPS actual cost + $2.00 to (to cover boxes, packing material and time), whichever is more. If Susan Says items are added onto an order, we’ll be as reasonable as we can be.
  • Susan Says items are subject to availability. If they’re gone, they’re gone.
